In collaboration with Jal in support of AWARE Singapore, join us for a class featuring a hybrid of ballet, yoga, Pilates, and other strengthening and toning workout moves! You don’t have to be flexible, a dancer, or even have experience exercising to benefit from barre. Barre is a ballet-inspired workout where every stretch and movement is designed to build strength, grace and flexibility. INSTRUCTOR: Joanna Joanna is a Barre and Pilates instructor at Jal Yoga. Coupling mindful movement with the freedom and spontaneity of play, her classes are inspired by the freedom of dance and games. She hopes to bring joy in movement and helps people build confidence in their bodies by focusing on mind-body awareness, great posture and having fun! Incorporating techniques with a solid basis on scientific research and anatomy, her classes help to minimise any strain on the body, helping people move through life with ease, extend their range of mobility and build their strength within a healthy zone.
