Shipping and Delivery
Important Announcement: Please expect a delay in all deliveries on orders made during this period due to current restrictions in placed by the government of Singapore.
Lyaya ships worldwide except for PO Box, military, protected or restricted areas/locations. See below table for the expected delivery timings:

Please note that the expected delivery date is at our best approximation and will vary depending on shipping restrictions, payment authorization, online security checks, stock availability or other unforeseen circumstances.
We offer free shipping to the following countries depending on minimum order amount:
|Singapore or Malaysia||$50 SGD and above|
|International Orders||$150 SGD and above|
Duties and Taxes
Orders outside of Singapore are subjected to custom duties and taxes which will be paid by the customer.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund thru store credit or exchange the product for another one, of the same or lower price, unless product was purchased during sale or promotion.
You can return a product for up to 15 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
